Lauren Richardson has more than 25 years of experience working with hundreds of individuals and families to design customized estate plans, handling hundreds of probate estates both large and small in more than 50 counties statewide, guiding trustees through trust administration, appointing guardians for minors and for developmentally disabled or incapacitated adults, and assisting with certain family law matters such as name change, step-parent or grandparent adoptions or temporary custody by a family member. She also serves as co-counsel or referring attorney with experienced litigators at other law firms throughout Florida in nursing home neglect and abuse, wrongful death and personal injury matters.
Lauren Richardson Law, PLLC now offers estate planning, probate and trust administration statewide. Initial consultations by phone or Zoom are available for clients who live outside the Gainesville area.
Lauren has lived in Gainesville since 1993. She grew up in Central Florida and attended Rollins College, where she majored in Philosophy and minored in Russian Studies. Lauren graduated from FSU College of Law (JD with high honors). She moved to Gainesville to complete a Masters in Taxation (LLM) at UF Levin College of Law. She has two grown children.
